  • Technical Strategy: Define and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and design patterns for workflow automation and CLM. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to translate complex business requirements into robust and efficient technical solutions.
  • Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to the firm's stringent security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle the most challenging technical issues, providing expert guidance on system design, performance tuning, and integration complexities.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, design, and development, with a significant portion in the financial services industry.
  • 8+ years proven experience at a senior level (VP, Director, or equivalent) leading large-scale technology initiatives.
  • 5+ years experience and expert-level, hands-on proficiency with the Pega Platform, including deep experience with Case Management, Decisioning, and system administration. Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is highly preferred.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Fenergo CLM, including solution design, configuration, and integration for complex financial institutions.
  • Demonstrable, practical experience using and integrating AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin, Tabnine) into development workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Mastery of Business Process Management (BPM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Case Management principles.
  • In-depth understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC, AML, and other regulatory processes in banking.

  • Solid understanding of database design and technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a significant plus.

Leadership & Soft Skills:
