3 to 5 years experience in Pega PRPC test design and test development Strong communication and presentation skills Capability to understand the big picture system app product and weave in a comprehensive test plan with an Agile delivery methodology Proactively manage test readiness, environments, test data quality, resource alignment to meet project goals. Ensure that the QA project resources develop supporting test cases and documentation for applications developed in Pega Work with all stake holders to ensure that the quality metrics is Defined, tracked, reviewed, closed as agreed upon. Define and incorporate into the testing strategy all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, load, stress, acceptance testing etc. are getting covered and determine test tooling Identify and resolve root cause that contributes to increased defectsrework Ability to develop a test strategy and plan that encompasses multiple solution work streams with a given project. Ensure test documentation reporting is complete, meaningful and aligns with project objectives and timelines. Work directly with product managers and software engineers to understand technical and functional system requirements, use cases, and performance considerations.
