We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Consultant with extensive experience in the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Pega development and implementation, and will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consultancy services to our clients. This position requires a proactive individual who can analyze client needs and provide effective solutions using Pega technology.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications to meet client specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on Pega best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on Pega functionalities.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of Pega applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Pega platform development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Pega methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Pega certification (e.g., Pega Certified Business Analyst, Pega Certified System Architect).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Pega consultancy.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a consultancy environment.
