What we are looking for?
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA development
• Strong expertise in PEGA PRPC / PEGA Platform
• Solid understanding of Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning concepts
• Experience with PEGA UI (Harnesses, Sections, Skin rules)
• Strong knowledge of PEGA integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services)
• Experience with PEGA performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of OOP concepts, Java, and XML
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
