We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with strong expertise in Pega technology to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality Pega applications and solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of Pega principles and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform system integration and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Maintain and enhance existing Pega applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of Pega applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).
• Proficiency in Pega application development, including case management, data modeling, and user interface design.
• Experience with Pega integration techniques and tools.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Pega (e.g., Pega Certified Senior System Architect).
• Experience with Pega Cloud and Pega Robotics.
• Familiarity with Java, SQL, and web services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on Pega.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
