Experience 6+ years of business analyst experience, 3+ years of experience with Pega Strong communication and presentation skills Pega certification is mandatory.
Should have worked in onshore offshore model Skills Communicate effectively across multiple client stakeholders, development teams, product management teams (including other product owners and their related workstreams) and multivendor teammates Be comfortable with Scrum Agile, both in deliverable management and in terms of comfort level with releasing MVP rapidly to get the greatest value to the consumer user as quickly as possible within appropriate parameters Be responsible for supporting the product vision, defining product requirements, translating requirements into user stories to prioritize product backlog Understand and drive domain expertise of Health Care in regards to Medicare, Medicaid, Claim processing, Contact Centre transformations, PLM, Pharmacy Applications, HIPPAA and other related standards. Work collaboratively with the Scrum team to accurately scope and estimate work across the team, mindful of individual skillsets and capacity Formulate the product development program to develop new product and services requirements Act on and drive feature direction and acceptance criteria as provided by the overall Product Manager Be comfortable with a very fast paced, dynamic environment Be comfortable with and ideally have meaningful experience working with and tasksharing with an offshore team Product owners must be adept in maintaining a healthy, manageable backlog Manage feedback from initial launch and product life cycle enhancements etc. post launch Monitor competitive activity for assigned product categories Present product release to client management during sprint demos Hands on with tools like JIRA, Rally, SQL for data analysis, MSOffice including Excel and PowerPoint etc. Pega Skills Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pegasystems software and DCO capabilities. Help to insure that the requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to include management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control. Responsibilities Create and manage initiatives in Jira Rally Drive business change management process for each initiative Triage defects with team, product owner and customer stakeholders
