Concordance’s reentry program helps individuals with justice involvement lead meaningful, abundant, and joyful lives, which dramatically reduces recidivism. Our holistic, evidence-based model offers a wide range of services - therapy, case management, yoga, behavioral health and substance use recovery groups, spiritual care, life skills, medical care, education, and job readiness. Our Care Team formally supports each participant for a full year, ensuring stability and long-term success. Now operating in Missouri, South Carolina, and Virginia, Concordance is a national leader in compassionate, innovative reentry care.
The Peer Support Specialist works alongside participants, serving as a trusted advisor and mentor. In this role, you will support participants as they transition to post-release programming, help participants navigate daily schedules, and provide trauma-informed encouragement and motivation in daily interactions.
