Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist to join our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) serving Winston-Salem and Forsyth County.
In this role, you’ll use your lived experience to support individuals with mental health and substance use challenges—helping them build stability, access resources, and move toward long-term recovery.
Since 2006, Pyramid Healthcare has been a leader in behavioral health and substance use treatment across North Carolina. Our services include Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Cross-Area Services, and ACTT programs. We are committed to meeting clients where they are and providing personalized, recovery-focused care.
Our ACTT program is a community-based, multidisciplinary team providing intensive support to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are delivered in the community and focus on mental health, substance use recovery, vocational support, and housing stability.
