COMHAR is seeking a compassionate and experienced Peer Job Coach to join our Clubhouse team. In this role, you will provide peer-based support to members in achieving their vocational goals, fostering independence, and developing meaningful work skills. As a Peer Job Coach, you will use your lived experience to empower members, promote recovery, and create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
The Peer Job Coach is required to work at the multiple sites of COMHAR, Inc and Philadelphia where members are employed. The Peer Job Coach will observe and inspect the work of the members working in these placements at the job site and will offer guidance and support as necessary. The Peer Job Coach will then advise Clubhouse Placement Manager and Clubhouse Director of that member’s strengths and any challenges that may need to be addressed in counseling and training the member.
