The Peel Manager provides operational and clinical leadership across services delivered through the Peel Health Hub (PHH) and Nidjalla Waangan Mia (NWM).
The role supports Program Managers and clinical leaders to ensure high-quality, integrated, and person-centred service delivery aligned with Oseca’s values, funding requirements, and accreditation standards.
The role is responsible for overseeing governance, continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, program development, and reporting, while fostering a collaborative environment that supports whole-person care across the region.

Oseca Health (GP down south Limited) is a not for profit, community based organisation providing health and well-being services in the Peel and South West regions of WA since 1994.
In Peel, we operate Nidjalla Waangan Mia Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing Centre, the Peel Youth Medical Service, the 3 Tier Youth Mental Health Program, and thr Assertive Outreach Program. In the South West, Down South Aboriginal Health, Integrated Primary Mental Health Care, Integrated Chronic Disease Care, Diabetes Education, Parenting Support Program and the 3 Tier Youth Mental Health Program are provided.
