Job Description

Clears and cleans tables, chairs and Booth areas in Nightclub while maintaining an upbeat and positive demeanor in a world class nightclub

  • Clears tables of all items when customers have left and places soiled dishware into appropriate compartments of the bus tub; disposes of garbage.
  • Cleans and prepares tables and booths for service
  • Assists Bartender, Beverage Servers and Bar attendant, when needed, by rolling bus tub cars into back area and unloading full bus tubs in designated dish area.
  • Assists and takes direction from Nightclub Manager in order to promote fast, courteous table service to customers.
  • Familiarizes self with property events and programs so correct information is given to guests.
  • Familiarizes self with, and adheres to, the principles of excellent guest service and interactive skills.
  • High School Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Fluent and literate in English
  • Must be 21 or older. Must be able to obtain a license from the Gaming Control Board.
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
  • Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
  • Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Mobility to move quickly around the nightclub
  • Ability to lift bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability push/pull bus carts weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs and squat
  • Visual and auditory range must include immediate environment
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a dark environment
  • Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures
  • Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
  • Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
