Job Description

This position supports a physician-scientist-informaticist whose work spans child neurology clinical care, specialty clinical informatics, pediatric research, clinical data discovery, cohort definition, computable phenotyping, real-world data use, registry development, natural history studies, clinical trial feasibility, and responsible use of EHR-derived data.

The role is anchored in clinical research informatics. Its enterprise-facing clinical data, governance, AI, analytics, and education responsibilities are included because clinical research informatics depends on the availability of high-quality, standardized, and governed clinical data. This role contributes clinical informatics leadership to these areas in service of the research mission, without assuming ownership of enterprise data, analytics, or AI platforms, while supporting scalable, equitable access to high-quality, governed clinical data for research.

The position spans across Pediatric Neurology, Pathology/TCRI, clinical informatics, and institutional research priorities.
