Job Description

Woodhull Medical Center, an affiliate of the NYU Grossman School of Medicine, is looking for innovative medical leaders who believe patients deserve the highest quality healthcare service.

Woodhull Medical Center, a 310-bed hospital providing primary, specialty, and acute care services to the residents of Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bushwick, and North Brooklyn. The Department of Pediatrics offers a stimulating work environment for out-patient services including Child/Adolescent. We are seeking a full time Pediatrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient center medical home care in our hospital-based outpatient center and have the opportunity to be part of the pediatric residents and medical student education program.

Those hired will be employees of NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to problem solve.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be Board certified or Board Eligible

We offer a competitive compensation package and a stimulating work environment, which includes the following: as outlined below:

· Annual Base Salary: is $236,000-$241,000

· 403B/457 participation inclusive of a 10% employer contribution with no employee match required

· Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement ranging from $3000-$3500 inclusive of one week of paid CME time

· Projected annual revenue sharing payments of up to $30,000 contingent upon meeting required productivity and compliance metrics

· 24 Annual vacations days, 12 Sick Days, 12 recognized Holidays
