At Nemours Children’s Health, our Seaford team provides professional primary care services for infants, children, and adolescents, including well-child care, sick visits, immunizations, and ongoing support for families. We are looking for a pediatrician who is passionate about community-based care and interested in building lasting relationships with patients and families in Lower Delaware.
Located in Sussex County, Seaford offers a welcoming small-town community with access to outdoor recreation, the Nanticoke River, and Delaware’s coastal destinations. Lower Delaware is an appealing location for physicians who value a strong sense of community, a more relaxed pace of life, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an area with growing pediatric care needs.
This position includes participation in extended-hours coverage, including early morning, early evening, and occasional weekend coverage, allowing us to better support the needs of local families. All Nemours primary care locations utilize after-hours nurse triage to support first-line patient calls when the office is closed.
