Pediatrician (Multiple Openings)

Onsite | Sacramento, CA

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting seasoned, highly skilled Pediatricians to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this outpatient pediatric care role.

This position requires a clinically strong, efficient pediatric provider who can manage a consistent patient volume while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a structured outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide comprehensive pediatric care across infancy through adolescence
• 
  Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• 
  Deliver preventative care, wellness exams, and immunizations
• 
  Maintain efficient patient flow while ensuring high-quality outcomes
• 
  Conduct a limited number of telehealth visits as part of daily workflow
• 
  Collaborate with clinical leadership and care teams
• 
  Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EMR systems
• 
  Participate in phone-based call coverage as required

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• 
  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• 
  Active California medical license
• 
  Active DEA license
• 
  Minimum 2+ years outpatient pediatric experience (no new grads considered)
• 
  Ability to manage 3 patients per hour (20-minute visits) consistently
• 
  Strong EMR documentation skills
• 
  Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• 
  Stable and consistent employment history

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• 
  Experience in community health or outpatient pediatric settings
• 
  Familiarity with Epic EMR
• 
  Bilingual Spanish proficiency
• 
  Experience working in high-volume outpatient environments
• 
  Comfort balancing in-person and telehealth pediatric care

Board-certified/eligible Pediatrician with active CA license and DEA

Minimum 2+ years outpatient pediatric experience

Proven ability to manage 3 patients per hour consistently

Experience in community health or similar outpatient environments

Comfortable with both in-person and telehealth care delivery

Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and performance

HireNow Package

• Salary: $230,000 – $300,144 base
• Location: Onsite in Sacramento, CA
• Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
