Highly focused on clinical quality measures, allowing you to deliver thoughtful, thorough care from birth through age 19. Share your expertise by providing clinical supervision to advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs) in a collaborative team model.
 
Compensation & Exceptional Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $275,500 – $300,750 annually.
  • Choice of comprehensive PPO medical plans featuring $0 in-network out-of-pocket costs for individual and family tiers.

What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive, culturally competent pediatric primary care, including routine well-child checks, immunizations, developmental screenings, and acute/chronic illness management.
Deliver compassionate, linguistically responsive healthcare to a diverse, underserved community population.
Collaborate closely with integrated clinic staff and external specialists to manage comprehensive patient care navigation.
 
Requirements:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
Active, unrestricted California Medical License and current DEA registration.
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills in Spanish, Russian, Farsi, or Pashto are highly preferred
