An innovative ADHD clinic that integrates medical and behavioral services to assess and treat focusing challenges in children, adolescents, and adults. The team, composed of medical, psychological, and coaching professionals, specializes in attention difficulties and works collaboratively under one roof to provide unified and effective treatment.

We are seeking collaborative, patient-focused Pediatricians to join our multidisciplinary team in managing a wide range of clinical profiles, including ADHD, ASD, and other comorbidities such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Conduct A260 consultations and short-term follow-ups.
• 
  Manage patients referred exclusively by primary care physicians.
• 
  Collaborate in assessment teams to deliver comprehensive ADHD evaluations and same-day treatment plans through the clinic’s proprietary One-Day Assessment Model.

• 
  Schedule: 1–2 days per week (8–16 hours total), with the opportunity to increase hours based on clinic needs.
  • 
    Note: Availability on Saturdays is required.
• 
  Compensation:
  • 
    Retain all OHIP billings.
  • 
    $200 per hour for time not covered by OHIP (e.g., internal meetings, paperwork, no-shows).
  • 
    No-shows compensated at OHIP rates.

    Skilled administrative support provided.

• 
  Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• 
  Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC), with specialized training in pediatrics and/or mental health.
• 
  Authorized client population must include children and adolescents.
• 
  Experience with ASD is an asset.
• 
  Strong interpersonal skills.
• 
  Passion for and experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
