Job Description

Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Pediatrician to join our growing Pediatrics team in Eugene, OR. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Position Details:

  • 100% outpatient general pediatrics
  • Join one of Lane County's most experienced pediatric teams
  • Care for patients from newborn through age 23
  • Four-day work week
  • Flexible 0.75-1.0 FTE opportunity
  • Average 20 patients per day
  • Minimal phone-only call
  • No inpatient responsibilities or hospital rounding
  • Dedicated MA support, RN triage, pharmacist, and care management resources
  • Epic EMR with DAX AI-powered documentation support

Required Qualifications:

* MD or DO degree
* Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
* Oregon medical license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to start
* Current BLS certification

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $204,000 - $346,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
