Atrium Health Levine Children’s is seeking a BC/BE Pediatricianto join a growing clinic in Shelby, NC. Shelby Children’s Clinic is the largest Pediatric practice of Levine’s’ Children western division. We currently have 9 physicians and 5 APPs in our Shelby location, as well as 3 physicians and 1 APP at our satellite office in Kings Mountain. Having been opened since 1955, Shelby Children’s Clinic is well established in our community and surrounding areas, providing the highest quality care. Our providers work closely with the School Based Virtual Team and offer Virtual Visits as an option to our families. We have access to specialist within the area as well as Charlotte to serve our patients who may require a referral. Shelby is nestled in the foothills only an hour away from Charlotte and Asheville. Our city offers a bustling and festive uptown with a wide array of dining, art and entertainment or everyone.
Shelby Pediatrics is a part of Children’s Services which includes Levine Children’s Hospital, a nationally ranked hospital which has taken us to another level of service to care for the growing population of children in our region. Ranked as one of the top Children’s Hospitals by U.S. News and World Report in ten specialties for 2022-2025, it is the most comprehensive children’s hospital between Atlanta and Washington, DC, helping families stay closer to home. There are 12 floors with 234 patient beds, including a 20-bed PICU.
