Pediatrician

We’re hiring a Pediatrician who wants meaningful patient relationships, long-term stability, and a predictable outpatient schedule.

You’ll step into a clinical or outpatient role focused on comprehensive pediatric primary care. You will work with strong administrative support and a collaborative care team. You'll practice in Chesterton, Indiana, with access to beautiful Indiana Dunes beaches, scenic state parks, excellent local schools, and a welcoming community that offers an exceptional quality of life with convenient access to Chicago.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $200,000 to $250,000
• Bonus or incentives: Non-production model focusing on quality care
• Health insurance: 75% employer paid medical coverage

• PTO: 160 hours of vacation, 40 hours of personal time, and 10 paid holidays
• CME: 5 days plus a $2,500 annual allowance
