Pediatric Registered Nurse

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Pediatric Nursing.
Experience in pediatric inpatient care, neonatal or pediatric intensive care, pediatric emergency, or pediatric outpatient clinics is preferred.
Dataflow verification is mandatory.
Saudi nursing license (SCFHS) is an advantage.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Job Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for pediatric patients.
Provide direct nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor and document vital signs, growth parameters, laboratory results, and patient progress.
Educate patients' families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, medication management, symptom control, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with pediatricians, pharmacists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and treatment charts.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
Provide emotional support and counseling to children and families throughout the care journey.
Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care arrangements.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
