Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) | Lakewood, WA

Full-Time Hourly (W-2): $80,000–$100,000 annually | Full benefits included OR Pay-Per-Visit (W-2): $50–$56 per visit

Compensation

• Full-Time Hourly (W-2): $80,000–$100,000 annually | Full benefits included
• Pay-Per-Visit (W-2): $50–$56 per visit | Based on experience and PTO preference

Flexible Scheduling

• Traditional 5-day / 8-hour schedule
• Four 9-hour days plus a half-day Friday
• Four 10-hour days
• Availability for 2 evenings per week until 6:00 or 7:00 PM required
• Full-time benefits begin at 30 hours per week

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP required
• Washington State Speech-Language Pathology License
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Pediatric experience (including clinical fellowships and student internships)
• Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
