Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist – Join a Collaborative Private Practice in North Houston!

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $38-$45 per 30 min visit OR $81k-$100k per year, depending on experience.
• Flexible full-time schedule: Choose between a four or five day workweek

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric speech, language, and feeding concerns with evidence-based methods.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on each child’s goals.
• Collaborate with families, providing education and support for home programs.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct re-evaluations and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation to track progress and meet compliance.
• Engage in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills.

Qualifications

• Active or pending Texas SLP license
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish - basic conversational, does not need to be fluent
• Ability to work in-person in North Houston
• Must be willing to provide pediatric feeding therapy
• A warm and energetic individual committed to fostering long-lasting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
