About Connect Pediatrics

Connect Pediatrics is a leading provider of pediatric home healthcare services—offering both nursing and therapy—throughout Texas. Our highly trained clinicians deliver personalized, ongoing care to children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, feeding tube care, enteral/parenteral nutrition, respiratory support, seizure intervention, and other specialized treatments.

We back our clinical team with 24/7 support from our dedicated office and management staff. Our team members enjoy flexible schedules, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Connect Pediatrics was founded by Ezra and Gina Kuenzi, RN, inspired by their nephew Dillon, who was born with multiple severe medical conditions requiring continuous skilled nursing. Motivated by their family’s experience, they launched Connect with a simple mission: to provide every child the same level of care and compassion they would want for their own family. That mission continues today as we focus on delivering exceptional clinical care while building meaningful relationships with every family we serve.
