Pediatric RN/LPN – 1:1 Home Care (Morristown, NJ)

Location: Morristown, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affirmed Home Care

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for a sweet 1‑year‑old child in Morristown, NJ This is a wonderful opportunity for nurses who love pediatrics and enjoy providing focused, individualized care in a supportive home environment.

We have immediate openings for consistent daytime or evening shifts, depending on your availability. Our pediatric team offers strong clinical support and a warm, collaborative environment where nurses feel valued and supported.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric care tailored to the child’s daily needs

• Monitor the child’s condition and report changes to the care team

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered

• Support developmental and comfort needs throughout the shift

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Pay Rates

• RN: $39–$41/hr

• LPN: $35–$38/hr

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN License

• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care preferred

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
