Per Diem Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate pediatric case in Andover, NJ If you have strong clinical skills and experience with medically complex infants, we would love to welcome you to our team.

Patient Information

Patient: 6‑month‑old baby girl Birth History: Born at 22 weeks Diagnosis/Needs:

• Ultra short bowel syndrome

• Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD)

• Pulmonary hypertension

• G‑tube feeds

• Catheterizations

• Ongoing respiratory and nutritional support

Schedule

Per diem shifts available

Pay

$45.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home

• Monitor respiratory status, comfort, and safety throughout the shift

• Manage G‑tube feedings and nutritional support

• Perform catheterizations as ordered

• Support pulmonary care needs related to BPD and pulmonary hypertension

• Administer medications according to the physician’s plan of care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with the family and interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license

• Preferred: At least 1 year of pediatric or NICU experience

• Current BLS certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical completed within the past 12 months

• Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X-ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years

• Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption
