Pediatric Residency Program Director & Director of Pediatrics
Tampa, FL

We’re hiring a Pediatric Residency Program Director & Director of Pediatrics who wants to shape the future of a growing residency program while maintaining an active connection to patient care.

You’ll step into an outpatient leadership role combining graduate medical education, pediatric department leadership, resident teaching, and direct clinical care. You’ll lead a fully ACGME-accredited pediatric residency in its first year while helping establish its long-term culture, educational standards, and direction.

• You are a Board Certified Pediatrician
• You have meaningful GME, residency, fellowship, or academic leadership experience

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: Starting at $210,000+ based on experience
• Sign-on bonus: $25,000
• Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000

• CME & licensing: $2,500 annual allowance
