What You'll Earn:
$68–$80+ per visit (dependent on experience)
Incentive program on top of base per-visit rate
Gas stipend

What your day actually looks like:
You set your schedule — no one hands it to you
You choose your driving radius
You have input on your caseload
You work in children's homes, where the most meaningful OT happens
You collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team that actually communicates
What We're Looking For:
Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited PT program
Colorado PT license (or currently eligible)
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Genuine interest in pediatric home health and family-centered care
Comfortable managing your own schedule in the field
Collaborative communicator
Bonus: interest in mentoring PTAs or new grads as you grow
