About the Role:

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Therapists (OT, COTA, SLP, SLPA, PT) to join our fun, supportive team. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

• Westminster, CO
• Denver, CO
• Aurora, CO
• Littleton, CO
• Centennial, CO
• Parker, CO

Position Details:

• Location: In-person, Remote options may be available based on need
• Schedule: Full-time, Part-Time, PRN
• Full-time schedules: Flexible Weekdays, Optional Saturdays
• 4–10s and 4-8s schedule available for full-time team members
• Part-time/PRN schedules: flexible and based on clinic needs

Clinic Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday: Optional

Compensation

• $10,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-time
• $5,00 Sign On Bonus for Part-time / PRN

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time

Requirements

• Be fully licensed to practice in your discipline in the state of Colorado by the start date
• Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements
