Job Description

Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel in Portland, OR, seeks a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified pediatric orthopedic surgeon. Candidates would join an established team that includes 3 pediatric orthopedic surgeons and 4 physician associates. This position would include operating, covering call, and providing clinic care at Randall Children’s Hospital, with additional clinic duties at our satellite clinic at Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital in Vancouver, WA. Preferred candidates have a strong clinical background, a great work ethic, and an interest in expanding our pediatric orthopedic practice, quality improvement, and education. Our program offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services in the Portland/Vancouver area. An interest in pediatric sports surgery is preferred but not required.

Legacy offers competitive compensation with a production-based bonus structure and a generous benefits package, including a hire-on bonus, medical, dental, and vision coverage, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, retirement plans, and relocation bonus.

Pay:

Production Plan, 2-year salary guarantee, $517,523 - $582,214.

Education:

  • Graduate of four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent.
  • Completion of ACGME accredited residency in orthopedic surgery.
  • Fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery required.
