What You’ll Do

• Deliver evidence-based pediatric OT services in a collaborative environment

• Collaborate with SLPs and PTs to develop holistic care plans

• Participate in ongoing clinical learning and shared innovation

• Contribute creatively to improving programs, materials, and therapy resources

• Empower parents with practical tools and strategies to support their child’s growth

• Full or Part-time: Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

• Ability to work from home one day a week

• $75,000-120,000/yr (Depending on Experience)

• Ability to Earn More: Productivity bonus structure + retention bonus

Qualifications

• An active (or pending) Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the state of Washington

• Someone who thrives in a team-driven, growth-minded environment

• Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practices and meaningful, whole-child care

• Energized by learning and sharing across disciplines
