About the Company:
A growing pediatric therapy practice serving children across the US Virgin Islands of St. Thomas & St. Croix is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in occupational, speech, and physical therapy for children ages 2–8.
Our clinic has a strong focus on autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing, fine motor development, and daily living skills. Join a team that is a true pillar of the community — with an ever-expanding network of professional growth and clientele! Expand your fun with a mobile sensory gym!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Deliver direct therapy targeting sensory processing, fine/gross motor skills, ADLs, and social participation
- Target approximately 25–30 billable hours per week
- Coordinate scheduling directly with families — you own your calendar!
- Collaborate with SLP and PT colleagues in a true multidisciplinary care model
- Participate in community outreach and events across the islands
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Any valid US state OT or COTA license accepted
- New grads welcome to apply
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric autism, sensory processing, or fine motor development preferred
- Bilingual Spanish or Creole a plus — but not required
- Full-time or part-time available
