Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
Williamsburg, VA

We're hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who wants meaningful work, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to help children achieve greater independence while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

You'll step into an outpatient pediatric therapy role focused on evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and evidence-based occupational therapy services. You'll collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team while enjoying the autonomy to provide exceptional patient care. You'll practice in Williamsburg, Virginia, a historic community known for its colonial charm, scenic parks, and family-friendly atmosphere.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $70,000–$95,000
• Health, dental & vision insurance: Employer pays 50% of the employee premium
• Paid holidays
• PTO: 80–120 hours based on experience
• Retirement: IRA with a 3% employer match
• CEU: $500 annual stipend
• Flexible Monday through Friday schedule
