Flexible Scheduling

Schedule options designed to fit real life:

• Four 10-hour days
• Three 10-hour days
• Traditional 5-day schedule
• Part-time options with part-time benefits
• Evening hours (3:00 PM–close) and weekend availability desired

Compensation Options

Multiple pay models available, choose what aligns with your goals:

• Full-Time Hourly $33.65–$40.87/hr ($70,000-$85,000 annually) | Paid on clock-in/clock-out
• Part-Time Hourly $33–$40/hr (based on experience) | Paid on clock-in/clock-out
• Pay Per Visit (PPV) Model: $56–$72/billable hour | $70/evaluation

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
• Master's or Doctorate in OT (unless grandfathered under bachelor's accreditation transition)
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
