Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Help Launch a New Clinic in Glendale!

This is an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) looking to play a key role in establishing a new pediatric clinic in Glendale, AZ. Be part of a clinician-owned practice known for its supportive team environment, play-based approach, and commitment to high-quality care.

This position offers a chance to start early at a sister clinic before transitioning to Glendale when it opens around mid April. Work alongside experienced therapists in a multidisciplinary setting while helping expand services to a new community.

Position Highlights

• Competitive Compensation – $72,000–$87,000 per year, plus weekly productivity bonuses.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for children ages 2–16.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create effective treatment plans.
• Document sessions and evaluations efficiently using a top-tier EMR system.
• Use play-based, child-led interventions to engage and support progress.

Qualifications

• Arizona Occupational Therapy license
• Ability to work in-person in Glendale, AZ
• Energetic and positive personality, excited to engage with children and collaborate with their whole care team
• An eagerness to learn new approaches and techniques on a daily basis
• Enthusiastic about helping children with diverse diagnoses succeed through a holistic and therapeutic approach
