Occupational Therapist (OT)

Great Strides Rehab, a proud partner of the H2 Health family is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic. You'll help children develop the skills they need to grow, play, learn, and thrive—while being part of a therapist-led team that values collaboration, creativity, and compassion.

• Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities
• Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school
• Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed
• Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active or eligible OT license
