Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with mental health disorders, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform thorough mental health assessments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
• 
  Administer medications and monitor patients for efficacy and adverse reactions.
• 
  Provide therapeutic support and counseling to patients and their families.
• 
  Conduct group therapy sessions and educational workshops.
• 
  Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• 
  Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• 
  Implement crisis intervention strategies and emergency protocols as needed.
• 
  Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• 
  Must have experience in mental health/ psychiatry handling pediatric patients.
• 
  Valid nursing license in the UAE or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• 
  Strong understanding of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities.
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• 
  Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations.
• 
  Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
