Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – East Rutherford, NJ

$40/Hour | 1:1 Pediatric Home Care | Day & Overnight Shifts

Affirmed Home Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care for an infant in East Rutherford, NJ.

This is an opportunity to provide hands-on care to a medically complex pediatric client while working closely with the child's family and Affirmed Home Care's pediatric clinical team.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Pay: $40/hour

Patient: Infant

Setting: 1:1 Pediatric Home Care

Location: East Rutherford, NJ

Clinical Needs: Ventilator, tracheostomy, G-tube, and J-tube care

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE – 7 DAYS A WEEK

We are hiring for both daytime and overnight shifts:

Day Shift:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Overnight Shift:

8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

LPNs may apply for day shifts, overnight shifts, or both, based on availability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an LPN on this case, you will provide attentive, compassionate nursing care and help maintain the child's safety, comfort, and well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current New Jersey LPN License
• 1 year of pediatric experience preferred — home care or acute care
• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Experience with G-tube and J-tube care
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and attentive approach to pediatric care
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred

HEALTH & COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must be able to provide:

• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
