• Pediatric patient with tracheostomy and g‑tube

• Consistent, ongoing schedule

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric care including trach care, suctioning, g‑tube feeding, and daily comfort/safety
• Monitor and support the child’s respiratory and nutritional needs
• Partner with family and our pediatric clinical leadership for consistent, high‑quality care

⭐ Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

⭐ Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Preferred pediatric trach and g‑tube experience
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption
