Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and seeking compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to a 1-year-old pediatric girl with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube in the comfort of her home in Fairfield County, Connecticut

Available Shifts

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Flexible per diem scheduling

Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $40.00 per hour
• Weekly pay via direct deposit

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube care strongly preferred
• Home care, hospital, or acute-care pediatric experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• Current TB screening, including PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray documentation when applicable
