BayCare Medical Group is seeking a motivated Pediatric Hospitalist to play a pivotal role in launching and shaping a brand-new pediatric hospitalist program at Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, Florida. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to build, innovate, and leave a lasting impact on pediatric inpatient care. As a founding physician, the Pediatric Hospitalists will help establish clinical workflows, influence program development, and contribute to a culture of excellence from day one.
Join the founding team dedicated solely to Mease Countryside Hospital, an 8-bed general pediatric unit, and help create a pediatric hospitalist service designed around quality, efficiency, and exceptional family-centered care. Your expertise and ideas will directly influence how the program grows and evolves.
Provide comprehensive inpatient pediatric care, including:
Work closely with nursing, advanced practice providers, care management, and hospital leadership to develop best practices, enhance patient outcomes, and create an outstanding experience for patients and families.
