Duties & Responsibilities Provide inpatient pediatric care during 24-hour call shifts. Perform required procedures including ventilation management, intubation, central line placement, etc. Manage pediatric patients with acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with nursing and support staff for patient care. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and documentation.
