
Tufts Medicine Pediatrics with Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH) is looking for Pediatric Hospitalists to join our robust academic community hospitalist program located in the greater Boston area. Positions are available in our network of urban community hospitals which are all located within 60 minutes of Boston. Our group is recognized as being a national leader in clinical pediatric hospital medicine, medical education, quality improvement, and patient equity.
Tufts Medicine Pediatrics with Boston Children’s Hospital is reimagining pediatric care to meet new and emerging community needs. In coming together, we will provide top-quality care, and expand and improve access and equity through the creation of a shared and sustainable model of comprehensive pediatric care throughout the communities in Eastern Massachusetts. Our physicians are at the core of the collaboration within the Boston Children’s Network Specialty (BCNSP) Foundation and we will maintain our mutual commitment to research and education and training of the next generation of clinicians.
This position will include a faculty appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine (TUSM) and the ability to teach a variety of learners including medical students, residents, and physician assistant students. With the partnership between TUSM and BCH, faculty have ample opportunities for career development and growth including in-service learning and professional licensure recertification, conferences, quality assurance projects, and more. This is an opportunity to join an exceptional team of colleagues which may include coverage of a variety of clinical settings such as the pediatric inpatient unit, newborn nursery, consultative care in the emergency department, delivery attendance, and level 2A/2B SCN.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $180,077 – $200,332 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
