
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek a candidate for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure clinician educator track. Expertise is required in the specific area of foot and ankle pathology. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D/Ph.D or equivalent degree. Candidate must demonstrate excellent qualifications and clinical care and must be board certified or eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Teaching responsibilities may include participation in the clinical education of medical students, residents and fellows.
Clinical responsibilities may include providing outpatient and inpatient consultative services.
Research or scholarship responsibilities may include clinical or orthopaedic basic science research and will be dependent on the candidate's interests and independent support.
