About the Position
An established outpatient pediatric dental clinic is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a mission-driven, community-focused care team. The position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality pediatric oral health services in a supportive clinical environment with a strong emphasis on access to care for underserved populations.
Qualifications include:
Full, unrestricted licensure to practice dentistry in the State of Kansas
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry (preferred)
Current BLS certification
Current PALS certification
Valid driver’s license, as travel between clinic locations may be required
Strong interest in community and public health dentistry
Demonstrated commitment to serving underserved and vulnerable populations
The clinic is part of a well-established community health system serving families throughout Southeast Kansas, offering integrated, patient-centered care with a focus on improving health outcomes across the lifespan.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: Approximately $200,000–$250,000, depending on experience
