A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in Northern California is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join its growing dental team in Chico, California This organization has served communities throughout the region for decades and is recognized for providing high-quality, affordable healthcare to patients of all backgrounds, with a strong emphasis on caring for underserved populations.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time Pediatric Dentist opportunity
• Outpatient practice
• Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling within clinic hours
• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including:
  • Preventive dentistry
  • Restorative procedures
  • Examinations and treatment planning
  • Pediatric extractions
  • Patient and family education
• Work alongside an experienced team of dental professionals dedicated to improving access to care.
• Modern clinical environment with a strong focus on quality outcomes and patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• $240,500 – $360,800 annually
• Additional $5,000 per year for Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry
