• Practice Location: Germantown, Tennessee (Greater Memphis Area)

• Schedule:3 to 4 weekdays per week

What are the qualifications?

• Successful completion of a U.S. accredited pediatric residency program

• DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program

• Active Tennessee state dental license or ability to obtain

• Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain

• Open to candidates requiring licensing and/or relocation
