Our Embroidery (Logo) Production Team Members work on a four-person team to produce embroidery logos for professional sports teams, colleges, major corporations, golf tournaments and clubs on our exceptional sportswear. We train new hires with good work skills to help their team meet quality and production standards on a daily basis, but don’t have any prior embroidery or sewing experience.

Position: Embroidery Machine Operator
Department: Embroidery Production
Rate: $22.00 per hour + $1.00 per hour for Swing Shift Differential. Upon completion of training, you will receive a $500 bonus!
Day Shift: Monday through Friday 630am to 3pm
Swing Shift Monday thru Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm
Two 15-minute breaks and one 30 minute unpaid lunch
Overtime may be available as a 9 or 10 hour day or one weekend day during peaks
Bonus eligibility for SuperPeak period from November 27 to December 23, 2026 - up to $1,000.00 less applicable taxes paid in January 2027.
