主要职责 Major role and responsibilities:

• 安全运行

Safety operation

• 按照要求，严格地依照作业指导书，确保工作订单的完成

Ensure the completion of work order according to the requirements and strictly following up the work instruction

• 确保设备的运行效率和产品的质量，减少能耗

Ensure high efficiency of the machine, high quality of the product and reduce the energy consumption

• 对产品质量做全面的检查，出现问题能够独立并且及时处理

Focus on the product quality and deal with the problems in time and independently

• 负责区域设备的日常巡检

Responsible for daily area machines check

• 协助维修人员处理设备机械，电气和自动化方面的异常

Assist maintenance people to deal with the mechanical, electrical and automation problems of the machine

• 负责包装线牛皮纸以及标签的供给及更换

Be responsible for brown packing paper and label supply and change in wrapping line.

• 负责区域的5S工作

Responsible for area 5S

• 设备及车间清洁工作。

Equipment and plant cleaning work.

• 持续改善工作，参与AM、QM、FI、一线改善、过程确认、5S等项目的实施。

Continuous improvement work in given tasks. Participate in AM, QM, FI, Front-line improvement, Process confirmation and 5S activities.

• 事故应急处理。

Emergency handling of accidents.

• SOP持续学习与持续提升操作技能。

SOP Continuous learning and continuous improvement of operational skills.

• 及时向值班长汇报产品和设备遇到的问题和潜在风险

Report the observed problems and potential risks of product and machine to shift supervisor in time

• 当淋膜生产线停机时，参于停机时的清洁工作

Participate in the PE coating line cleaning work while machine stops.

• 执行操作员维修及操作员检测相关任务

The related tasks of Operator Maintenance and Operator Lab

• 完成值班长安排的其他工作

Other works arranged by the shift supervisor

岗位要求 Job Requirements:

• 学历以及专业要求: 中专及以上学历，机械，电气以及自动化专业优先

Education requirement: Vocational school or equivalent and above, mechanical, electrical and automation education background is an advantage

• 需要行车和叉车操作证

Need the operating certificates of crane and forklift

• 语言要求：流利的普通话，会英语者优先

Language requirements: Speak fluent spoken Mandarin, English skill is an advantage

• 具备团队合作精神和必要的沟通能力

Team work spirit and communication skills

• 愿意学习新技能

Willing to learn new things

• 具备较强的承受能力，能够处理复杂的事务，并且能够承担更大的责任

Good stress tolerance and could handle difficult situation, ready to take more responsibilities
