核心職能
• 依照所有管理體系執行任務
• 維護工藝標準作業文件
• 進行故障排除及工藝改進，以提高生產良率
• 開展新產品轉移評估
• 開展新原材料評估
• 主導樣品工程試驗
• 支持持續改進活動

任職資格
• 教育背景
本科及以上學歷，化學工程或化學專業，具備聚合物相關背景
本科及以上學歷，工程專業，5 年工作經驗
碩士及以上學歷，工程學專業
• 工作經驗
至少 2 年 PCB/CCL 行業經驗（優先考慮）
至少 4 年任何行業的工程部門工作經驗
願意接受公司培訓的應屆生

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Implement tasks according to all management systems
• Maintain the process SOP documents
• Trouble-shooting& process improvement to increase the production yield
• Conduct the evaluation of new product transfer
• Conduct the evaluation of new raw materials
• Lead the samples ENG trial
• Support Continuous Improvement activities
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education
◦ Bachelor or above, major in chemical engineering or chemistry with polymer background.
◦ Bachelor or above, major in engineering with 5 year working experience.
◦ Master or above, major in engineering science.
• Experience
◦ At least 2 years experienced in PCB/CCL industry. (Best to have)
◦ At least 4 years experienced in engineering department in any industry.
◦ Freshman who is willing to accept company training.
